What is Flink?
Flink is your online supermarket. Everything you buy in a supermarket, can be ordered from us. We will deliver it to your door in minutes. We have everything from fresh vegetables and fruit to ingredients for your dinner, but also everything you need for happy hour!

What are your opening hours?
At Flink you can order every day from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. The exact opening hours of your nearest Flink hub can be found in the app.
Are all the organic products really organic?
Yes! We have official Bio certifications. Our Bio-Kontrollstellennummer is DE-ÖKO-037. We stand for full transparency and will of course gladly inform you about the exact numbers of our organic products. Simply contact our support team and we will be happy to help you.
What is your Freshness Guarantee?
If any of your fresh products don’t arrive as expected (e.g., mouldy or wilted), you’ll receive a full refund on them. From fruit and vegetables to bakery items, we aim to deliver top quality every time. If something isn’t right, simply report it through the order help section in the app!
Where can I drop off my bottles with deposit?
As an online super market, we ensure compliance with the German Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz) by providing suitable return options within a reasonable distance. Through our partnership with REWE, you can return your deposit bottles at any of the approximately 3,600 REWE stores in Germany and receive your refund. Find your nearest REWE store here.
🛍️ Placing an order
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum order value is based on distance from your closest hub. You'll find the exact minimum order value when ordering in the app.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is based on distance from your closest hub and your basket size – the higher your basket value, the lower the delivery fee. You'll find your exact delivery fee during checkout in the app.
How are the costs calculated?
Deposit
Plastic bottles used for soft drinks, water etc. are charged at €0.25 deposit. Deposit fee may differ depending on bottle type.
Storage fee
With certain products, you will be asked to pay storage fees. This fee compensates for the higher costs associated with the sale of these products, e.g. special expenses for inspection, storage or protection against theft. The storage fee applies to every order that includes at least one such product and is shown separately in the shopping cart or in the order overview.
Can I pay when my order is delivered?
No. You pay in just a few clicks when you place the order using one of our several online payment options.
How do I use/apply a voucher?
You can easily apply your voucher during checkout. Go to the checkout and click on "Add a voucher". Enter the voucher code and confirm. The discount will be applied immediately.
Why can't I place an order during opening times?
If it gets too busy, your hub may temporarily restrict new, incoming orders so they can avoid extensive delivery times.
I forgot to add something to my order. Can I still change it?
We start packing your order right away so it arrives to you quickly. As a result, it is impossible to make changes after placing the order.
Why do I sometimes have to wait longer for my order?
During busy times, delivery may take a little longer than usual. The estimated delivery time will be displayed before placing your order. If you need more information after an irregular delay, our customer care team is happy to help.
A product from my order is missing, wrong or damaged. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Contact our customer service in the app or webshop and select the appropriate order and indicate the product(s) you are having issues with. Once you've submitted your issue, you will get a confirmation email and we will review your case within 24 hours.

What is Flink Prime?

How much is the membership fee for Flink Prime?
So, here's the deal: the monthly fee is €4.99 for a 6-month plan, €6.99 for a 3-month plan, and €8.99 for a 1-month plan. Regardless of the plan, the payment will be made upfront.
The thought behind it is that after just a couple of orders, Flink Prime already pays for itself. So you're not only getting goodies, but serious savings too!
How can I sign up?
Signing up is a piece of cake! Just open up your Flink App, tap your profile icon, and there you go – if you're eligible, you'll spot the Flink Prime icon. All you need to do is subscribe, and you're all set to start saving.
If you don't happen to be eligible, fear not. We're currently rolling out the beta version, but will hopefully be available to everyone soon.
How do I know if I'm eligible for Flink Prime?
The key to unlocking all the perks is to have an active user account with Flink. Also, right now Flink Prime is only available in selected delivery areas. But no worries, you can easily check if your address is on the list by taking a look on our app or website.
Just make sure you've got the latest version of the Flink app to manage your Flink Prime membership and benefit from the whole package.
👤 Managing an account
How can I delete my customer account?
If you want to delete your customer account, go to your profile within our app. In the account management section, you can delete your account. If you do not want to do this, you can also contact our customer service through the chat function within the app. Or you can write us an email at [email protected].
We will then initiate the deletion of your customer account and personal data. Please note that it may take a few days for your data to be completely deleted. Once your data has been deleted, you will be notified by us.
Please also note that we may be legally obliged to retain personal data (Art. 17 (3) GDPR). In these cases, the corresponding data will be archived and no longer actively processed. The final deletion will occur as soon as the personal data is no longer needed for administrative or legal proceedings and no further legal retention or justification obligations for storage exist.
