What is Flink?
Flink brings groceries to people’s homes. Offering a wide selection of fresh foods, best brands, and everyday essentials. But also drinks, snacks, and anything else you need for a relaxed evening or a fun weekend. All delivered to you, no matter where you are, in a matter of minutes!

What are your opening hours?
At Flink, you can order 7 days a week. The exact opening hours of your nearest Flink hub can be found in the app.
What is your Freshness Guarantee?
If any of your fresh products don’t arrive as expected (e.g., mouldy or wilted), you’ll receive a full refund on them. From fruit and vegetables to bakery items, we aim to deliver top quality every time. If something isn’t right, simply report it through the order help section in the app!
Where can I drop off my bottles with deposit?
Your empty cans and bottles with deposits can be returned at any supermarket. Simply use the designated return machines.
Do you sell cigarettes and/or e-cigarettes?
No, we don't sell (e-)cigarettes. This is in accordance with the new legislation of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). Due to the new ban on the distance sale of smoking products, which took effect on 1st July 2023, it is not allowed to sell cigarettes or other tobacco products via an online platform. The ban is intended to increase consumer protection and limit access to tobacco products. Flink strives to comply with all applicable rules and regulations to ensure the health and well-being of our customers.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, The minimum order value is based on distance from your closest hub. You'll find the exact minimum order value when ordering.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is based on distance from your closest hub and your basket size – the higher your basket value, the lower the delivery fee. You'll find your exact delivery fee during checkout.
How are the costs calculated?
The Single Use Plastic fee
It's what the Dutch government charges by law for disposable plastic packaging. The purpose of it is to reduce the use of plastic-packaged food and drink. The fee varies per product.
Deposit
Large plastic bottles (1L+) used for soft drinks and water are charged at €0.25 deposit. Smaller plastic bottles are charged at €0.15 deposit.
Can I pay in cash when my order is delivered?
No, you cannot. You pay when you place the order using one of our several online payment options.
How do I use/apply a voucher?
You can easily apply your voucher during checkout. Go to the checkout and click on "Add a voucher". Enter the voucher code and confirm. The discount will be applied immediately.
Why can't I place an order during opening times?
If it gets too busy, your local hub may temporarily restrict new, incoming orders so they can avoid extensive delivery times.
I forgot to add something to my order. Can I still change it?
No, we're sorry! We start packing your order right away so it arrives to you quickly. As a result, it is very difficult to make changes after placing the order.
Why do I sometimes have to wait longer for my order?
During busy times, delivery may take a little longer than usual. The estimated delivery time will be displayed before placing your order. If you need more information after an irregular delay, our customer care team is happy to help.
A product from my order is missing, wrong or damaged. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Contact our customer service in the app or webshop and select the appropriate order and indicate the product(s) you are having issues with. Once you've submitted your issue, you will get a confirmation email and we will review your case within 24 hours.

How much is the membership fee for Flink Prime?
So, here's the deal: the monthly fee is €4.99 for a 6-month plan, €6.99 for a 3-month plan, and €8.99 for a 1-month plan. Regardless of the plan, the payment will be made upfront.
The thought behind it is that after just a couple of orders, Flink Prime already pays for itself. So you're not only getting goodies, but serious savings too!
How can I sign up?
Signing up is a piece of cake! Just open up your Flink App, tap your profile icon, and there you go – if you're eligible, you'll spot the Flink Prime icon. All you need to do is subscribe, and you're all set to start saving.
If you don't happen to be eligible, fear not. We're currently rolling out the beta version, but will hopefully be available to everyone soon.
How do I know if I'm eligible for Flink Prime?
The key to unlocking all the perks is to have an active user account with Flink. Also, right now Flink Prime is only available in selected delivery areas. But no worries, you can easily check if your address is on the list by taking a look on our app or website.
Just make sure you've got the latest version of the Flink app to manage your Flink Prime membership and benefit from the whole package.
👤 Managing an account
How can I delete my customer account?
If you want to delete your customer account, go to your profile within our app. In the account management section, you can delete your account. If you do not want to do this, you can also contact our customer service through the chat function within the app. Or you can write us an email at [email protected].
We will then initiate the deletion of your customer account and personal data. Please note that it may take a few days for your data to be completely deleted. Once your data has been deleted, you will be notified by us.
Please also note that we may be legally obliged to retain personal data (Art. 17 (3) GDPR). In these cases, the corresponding data will be archived and no longer actively processed. The final deletion will occur as soon as the personal data is no longer needed for administrative or legal proceedings and no further legal retention or justification obligations for storage exist.
